We’re pleased to announce that new IDs applied for in May 2025 are now available for collection during opening hours at the Embassy 47 Bedford Row London WC1R 4LR from Tuesday 05 August 2025 and on all working days (excluding public holidays). 

Pick up options:

1. In Person:

   • The applicant must show the original ID application receipt or a clear screenshot of the receipt.

2. By Authorised Representative (Proxy):

   If you are unable to collect your own ID in person, you may authorise someone to collect it on your behalf. The authorised person must show the following documents:

   • Their own valid identification document.
   • A signed and dated letter from the ID holder.
   • The ID application receipt.

3. By Post:

   • This service is currently unavailable.
